About the Course

Course Description

This course provides students with concepts of Building a network, OSI Layer Architecture, Internet Architecture(TCP/IP), Basic Inter networking (IP, CIDR, ARP, DHCP,ICMP ), Multicast routing (DVMRP, PIM) and Routing (RIP, OSPF, metrics)

Objectives

1.Will familiarize about Reliable byte stream (TCP)

2.Will demonstrate Congestion avoidance (DEC bit, RED)

3.Will develop knowledge in Traditional applications

Prerequisite

There is no particular prerequisite to learn Computer Networks you will be able to do very well, if you have these basic skills:
